Term 3 has been an extremely busy one for Room 3, jam-packed full of exciting learning experiences! We rehearsed and performed our Italian assembly item which was extremely well received. We have been studying Geography and we produced fabulous globes of the world in Art. In Biological Sciences we have been learning all about plants and how they develop from a seed. We made some funny looking grass-heads and have been watching their hair grow! We also went on a lovely excursion to Kings Park where we able to see the wildflowers in bloom and learn more about Western Australia’s flora. Rehearsing for the EDU-Dance concert and training for the athletics carnival next term has helped us all keep very fit!
In Term 4 we are looking forward to learning about the nature of forces and motion in Physical Sciences by racing toy cars down a slope. We will be making Tangram artworks in Geometry.
